    Q. What is ANZ FXOnline?
    A. ANZ Foreign Exchange Online ("FXOnline") is a web based FX dealing platform that allows companies to access real time FX rates across 36 currencies, transact within predetermined limits and settle against nominated beneficiaries.

    FXOnline is available 24 hours a day, 5 days a week.

    Q. Why Use FXOnline?
    A. FXOnline is convenient to access and simple to use. In addition to being able to transact foreign exchange and settle against nominated beneficiaries, FXOnline users can also access and transact over their outstanding trades as well as view deal histories. In addition, FXOnline users receive access to Global Markets' economic research and analysis.

    Q. What Products are Available on FXOnline?
    A. The following foreign exchange products are available on FXOnline:

    • Value today
    • Spot
    • Forward
    • FX swaps
    • FX auxiliaries (pre deliveries and extensions of existing contracts) – where permitted.

    Q. Can I settle Foreign Exchange via ANZ FXOnline?
    A. ANZ FXOnline gives you the ability to provide payment instructions over the internet. Users can settle transactions against pre nominated beneficiaries.

    Q. FXOnline and Internet Security
    A. Providing a secure environment for customers to transact foreign exchange across the Internet is a matter of great importance to ANZ. In addition to the standard UserID and password, FXOnline uses "digital certificates" to identify trusted users. Digital certificates use public–key algorithms, with a private key for identification and a public key required for verification.

    Q. What are the system requirements needed for set-up?
    A. There are only a few requirements needed to use ANZ FXOnline. Please follow this link to view a detailed summary of what system, internet browser and java plug-ins are needed to operate the application.

    Q. What day to day support is provided to FXOnline clients?
    A. Global Markets supports FXOnline clients in the following ways:

    1. Via Online Help, which is located within the FXOnline platform.
    2. For Australian and New Zealand based clients (should they require additional information / assistance) via our Support Desk as follows:

    Should you have problems logging onto FXOnline, have issues with downloading / applying your digital certificate, or have forgotten your password, please ring the number provided above.

    Please note that in order to verify your identity, you will be requested to provide your Unique Customer Identifier ("UCI") which is sent to clients during the FXOnline set up process. If you cannot locate your UCI, please contact your Global Markets Relationship Manager who will arrange to have a new UCI sent to you.
