All of our programs come out of our ongoing research into financial literacy and inclusion. We also use regular independent research to evaluate the effectiveness of our programs. Rather than simply assuming the programs are meeting their aims, we continually test how they are working and seek feedback on how to improve them.
Our programs are not developed in a "top down" manner. Rather, they are the product of a genuine consultative process. Our community partners - trusted organisations like the Brotherhood of St Laurence, The Smith Family, Berry Street and the Benevolent Society - help us to ensure that our programs are targeted accurately and delivered appropriately.
