An Overview of ANZ's Reconciliation Action Plan

In 2007, ANZ was one of the first large companies to launch a Reconciliation Action Plan. ANZ has a broad reach and a deep connection with the communities in which we operate. We strive to be an organisation that serves, supports and helps to advance those communities.

ANZ recognises the growing RAP community under the auspices of the Reconciliation Australia RAP Program, and the emerging RAP format which focuses on the elements of Relationships, Respect and Opportunities. Our RAP attempts to align each of ANZ's commitments with these elements.
