Our culture reflects the things our people value, the way we relate to one another, share ideas and work together to get things done.
Our values are a strong part of our culture. They help to guide how we work with each other and with our stakeholders. At ANZ we are striving to build a culture of outperformance, where our people can be their best, perform at their best and make decisions in the best interests of all stakeholders.
Employee engagement
It is important that our people have the opportunity to have their say on what it's like to work at ANZ. Each year we invite all of our people to do so via the annual ANZ Engagement and Culture Census.
The ANZ Engagement and Culture Census is our flagship people and culture measurement at ANZ. It provides deeper understanding and measurement of how our people connect with ANZ and our people's perceptions of ANZ's culture.
