Our values

At ANZ our values are a shared understanding of what we stand for as an organisation. They describe the things we are not willing to compromise on in any situation – with our customers, our shareholders, the community and each other.

We started developing our values in June 2008. We talked to our people, undertook global best practice research and analysed our most recent Engagement and Culture Census. This gave a very clear picture of what our people want ANZ to stand for.
