* Save* Returns pages containing words. For example sav* will return saver, saving, savings, savings accounts
Can't find what you want?

A. There are two main reasons why you can't find the information you want:
  • There is a problem with the way you formatted your search request.

    • Too specific - The keywords used in your search may have been too specific, and no pages were found to match them all. Try removing a word or a phrase, and searching again.
    • Vague - Your search terms may be too vague, so you get so many results that it's difficult to pinpoint the right one. Try adding another keyword to make your search clearer.
    • Spelling and abbreviations - You may have misspelled a word, or used an abbreviation that isn't recognised. Check your spelling, and spell out any abbreviated words.
  • It's not on the ANZ website.

    You may have searched for information that is not on the ANZ website. Try and use different keywords to search what you are looking for. If you still can't find what you are looking for and you need more information on your search topic please contact ANZ on:
