At ANZ China, we have a simple yet competitive package to help you finance the purchase of your dream property or investment:
- Dedicated Australian as your mortgage relationship manager here in China.
- Ability to borrow in income currency and/or property currency and flexibility to switch between.
- AUD or NZD loans, funding of up to 80% of the purchase price or valuation1.
- Dual currency loans, funding of up to 70-75% of purchase price or valuation1.
- Attractive financing with a first year loan interest rate of HKD – 3.68%, USD – 4.05%, AUD – 9.05%, NZD – 9.98% p.a. respectively.
- Choice of loan structures, either:
- Interest only for up to five years (conditions apply)
- Principal plus interest for up to 25 years.
- Fixed interest rate option for AUD or NZD financing – up to five years.
- Your choice of interest and repayment options of three or six months.
- Low Loan Establishment Fee of AUD $750 equivalent.
- No on-going/annual/guarantee fees.
- No compulsory life insurance requirements.
- No charge for early prepayment or redemption of loans on interest repayment dates.
