4. Special Term Deposit rate is current as at Tuesday, 10th November 2009 and subject to change. A minimum investment of $5,000 is required. This interest rate is not available with other offers. If you choose to reinvest your funds in an ANZ Term Deposit following the conclusion of the term, the applicable interest rate will be determined at the time of reinvestment.
5. ANZ’s normal credit criteria apply to each application. Applicants need to be at least 18 years of age and demonstrate capacity to afford to repay. ANZ Assured monthly Credit Facility Fee applies. Interest is charged on the amount of credit used. The interest rate applicable as at Monday, 16th November 2009 is 17.82% p.a. but is variable and may change.
6. You may be charged a separate fee by the operator of the non-ANZ ATM that you accept when you proceed with the balance enquiry or withdrawal at the non-ANZ ATM.
7. This is a deposit product offered by ANZ. Deposits with ANZ of up to and including A$1 million in aggregate will continue to be automatically guaranteed by the Federal Government without charge. The $1 million fee-free guarantee threshold is calculated on the total deposits held in one or multiple ANZ accounts by each ‘legal entity’. For deposits of more than A$1 million, we will offer customers the ability to opt-in to receive the benefit of the guarantee for a monthly fee of 0.7%pa. This is the fee we will be charged directly by the Federal Government as a AA rated bank.
