We will be performing system maintenance on Tuesday 5th March, 2013 between the hours of 12am and 6am (AEDST).
During this time:
- You won’t be able to take out cash from an ATM using your ANZ card
- You may be unable to complete a transaction on your ANZ card
- ANZ ATMs will be unavailable

ANZ Cardholders within Australia – what you can do.
If you are unable to complete a transaction on your ANZ card:
- You may be able to process your transaction by electing to sign for your purchase (Instead of PIN)
- If you have a credit or debit card with another financial institution, you may wish to consider using that card. You can also try this if you have been unable to use your ANZ card at an ATM. Please check the terms and conditions of the other financial institution if fees and charges apply.
Please note: ANZ Travel card and ANZ Prepaid Cards are not affected, transactions should process as normal on these cards.
ANZ Cardholders outside Australia – what you can do.
If you are unable to use your card at an ATM or complete a transaction on your ANZ card:
- If you have a credit or debit card with another financial institution, you may wish to consider using that card. Please check the terms and conditions of the other financial institution if fees and charges apply.
