How the process works
  • In the first discussion, your ANZ My Advice Financial Adviser will want to understand and discuss your current financial situation, and your needs and goals.
  • Following your consultation, a personal Financial Plan will be prepared and sent to you by email to review.
  • Your Financial Adviser will call you to talk you through your Financial Plan and the recommended solutions it includes.
  • If you wish to proceed, your financial planner will assist you in completing any additional requirements, either over the phone or online.
