Despite being just over six months old, ANZ Smart Choice Super and Pension has already made its presence felt. If you’ve never got around to notifying your employer or recently changed jobs – you can now complete our interactive Super Choice Form (PDF 340kB) and hand it to your employer to arrange your compulsory contributions to be paid to your ANZ Smart Choice Super account.
