An A-Z Review® is a complimentary one-on-one session with one of our banking specialists, who can explore your current financial situation and your goals for the future in order to identify a solution that may suit you.

Your A-Z Review® involves three easy steps

1. Finding out what’s important to you
Your A-Z Review® starts with a discussion about your current financial position, priorities and goals. For example, you may find you want to be more organised, accelerate your savings, buy a new house or explore better ways of managing debt.

By knowing what’s on your horizon, we could identify where your current banking arrangements may work more efficiently to help you achieve the lifestyle you want, both now and in the future.
 

2. Reviewing your banking style
We all form different banking habits over the years. But a few changes to the way you organise your money could make a real difference when life throws surprises your way. By helping with your banking, we could make it easier to juggle credit card payments and bills, along with living expenses that can pop-up unexpectedly. And we may be able to help you avoid some of the fees you currently pay.

Recently a customer was able to put in an offer on her dream home in Paddington, Sydney, even though she felt that she may not be able to afford it.

By referring the customer to Michelle, an ANZ Senior Personal Banker, we were able to talk with her about her current situation, her aspirations and needs for the future, including retirement.

Easing the pressure

Do I need to go into a branch to do this?
Yes, an A-Z Review® is conducted in all our branches. This is a personalised service and is available at any of our branches across Australia. To book an appointment, you can either:
 

Who will have this conversation with me?
We understand that everyone’s situation can be very different. Therefore we have ANZ Personal Bankers and ANZ Small Business Specialists available in every branch. We also have ANZ Retirement Banking Specialists and ANZ Agri Business Specialists available in selected branches.

What sort of things will we discuss?
Through your conversation we will discuss your current financial situation; including products you have with us and with other financial institutions, your plans for the future and ways to optimise your banking.

What are the outcomes?
This one-on-one conversation will help you identify solutions that may suit you better Following your A-Z Review® you will have an individual plan based on your current banking and your future goals.

How long does it take?
The review is straightforward, and should help you with your next financial decisions and provide you with the information you need to move forward. Your conversation should take approximately 20-30 minutes.

What do I need to bring?
Bring any information about your current banking, including statements and documents from your existing banking accounts, both ANZ and non-ANZ accounts.

How is this different to Financial Planning?
During your A-Z Review® our specialists will discuss your current and future banking needs. If you require advice on matters such as building your savings and investment, preparing yourself for retirement or protecting you and your family, we can organise a time that is convenient for you to meet with an ANZ Financial Planner. Your initial appointment with an ANZ Financial Planner is complimentary and without obligation.

What if I am not currently an ANZ customer?
An A-Z Review® is not just for existing ANZ customers, we offer this complimentary, obligation free review to everyone.

How much does it cost?
An A-Z Review® has no cost and no obligation, it is a complimentary service offered to you in every ANZ branch across Australia.

What if English is my second language?
We have international banking hub branches in every capital city across Australia with multi-lingual staff, who will be able to help you with your A-Z Review®.
