ANZ Signature Priority Banking referral program term and conditions
1. The rewards outlined in this brochure cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offers.
2. The “Referrer” must be an existing ANZ customer.
3. The “Referee” must be a New Customer to ANZ Signature Priority Banking, above 18 years old. The “Referee” must not be existing ANZ customers or ANZ staff.
4. New Customers” do not include existing ANZ Signature Priority Banking customers at present time.
5. The “ Referrer’ is eligible to receive referral rewards when the “ referee”:
- completes the Multigoal account opening process successfully
- apply for Signature Priority Banking Visa Platinum credit card successfully
- maintain the total balance as required until the end of next calendar month from the first account opening date.
6. ANZ reserves the right to inform your friends and relatives of your referral.
7. The Bank will not be obligated to grant the Referral Reward (as applicable and as defined below) to the Referrer should the Referrer or Referee be in breach of Bank’s general terms and conditions or the Reward Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the case the “Referee” is under the age of 18, the contact details of the “Referee” were invalid or the contact details were provided without prior consent of the “Referee” or were improperly obtained by the “Referrer”. (Whether in relation to a deposit or otherwise)
8. The Bank is entitled at its absolute discretion, at any time and without prior notice, to vary referral reward and substitute any referral reward with another of similar value, or to suspend or withdraw any incentive at any time Referral Rewards are not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind.
9. The Rewards are supplied by third parties and subject to their terms and conditions. The Bank is not liable of quality and availability or any loss occurred related to these goods and services.
10. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Vietnamese version, the Vietnamese version shall prevail.
11. The Bank reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice and reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
12. An existing ANZ customer who successfully introduces a new customer for ANZ Signature Priority Banking get rewarded with a choice of shopping or entertainment vouchers subject to the availability.
13. An existing ANZ customer who successfully refers from 1 to 3 new customers for ANZ Signature Priority Banking will receive vouchers with value up to VND2,000,000 per new customer.
An existing ANZ customer who successfully refers from 4 to 6 new customers for ANZ Signature Priority Banking will receive vouchers with value up to VND3,000,000 per new customer (not applicable to the first 3 referrals).
An existing ANZ customer who successfully refers from more than 7 new customers for ANZ Signature Priority Banking will receive vouchers with value up to VND4,000,000 per new customer (not applicable to the first 6 referrals).
14. The accumulation of successful referrals from an existing ANZ customer is only during this Campaign period.
15. The Campaign is until 30 September 2012.
