Internet Banking Help - Activating your service back to Internet Banking

Logging on to this service for the first time?

If you have been registered for electronic services or if you are an existing Phone Banking user, you are now able to activate your Internet Banking service. This page is in a secure area to help ensure your account details cannot be accessed by anyone else over the Internet (you can read more about security in the Terms and Conditions).

To activate your service:

1. Enter your Customer Registration Number (CRN). This number can be an ANZ Credit Card number, an ANZ Access Card number or a nine digit CRN especially assigned to you by a Customer Service Officer. The CRN is the first number you enter when you use Phone Banking. Enter Your CRN without any spaces or dashes.
2. Enter your Telecode. Your Telecode is a five digit number that was assigned to you when you registered for electronic services, or is the existing Telecode you use when you access Phone Banking.
3. Select the 'Log on' button, which will take you to the Terms and Conditions of Internet Banking.
4. To successfully activate your service, you must accept the Terms and Conditions of Internet Banking (which is the next screen), choose a permanent password and complete a personal profile.

Your Internet Banking service will allow you to access the same accounts you can access in Phone Banking if you are an existing Phone Banking user. If you have been registered for electronic banking, you will be able to access the accounts that were linked to your CRN by a Customer Service Officer.

If you are not registered for electronic services, or if you are unsure of your CRN and Telecode, please contact a Customer Service Officer. Contact details are provided on our website.
