ANZ Credit Card application
Thank you for submitting your application for a new ANZ credit card. To help us proceed with your application we require some additional information from you.

Once we receive your document(s) we will continue assessing your application and will advise you of the outcome within 5 business days. Please note, if we still require additional information, ANZ will contact you directly.

- If you are an existing ANZ customer with wages credited to your ANZ account for the last 3 months
- If you earn a wage or salary
- If you earn a wage or salary and earn other income
- If you are self-employed
- If you are self-employed and earn other income
- If you earn other income
- If you are a Permanent Resident (Domestic) Student
- If you are a non-permanent Resident (International) Student
- If you are living in Australia on a Visa (not a permanent resident of Australia).
If you are an existing ANZ customer with wages credited to your ANZ account for the last 3 months:
- No further action is required, you will be advised of an outcome within 5 business days.
- One recent pay slip (less than 60 days old) showing at least 3 months year to date income, employers name and employee’s name, OR
- Your two most recent pay slips (less than 60 days old) which shows both the employer’s and employee’s name and income details, OR
- The last 3 months of your bank statements showing salary/wages with the description ‘pay’, ‘wages’, ‘salary’ or the company name.
If you earn a wage or salary and earn other income:
- One recent pay slip (less than 60 days old) showing at least 3 months year to date income, employers name and employee’s name, OR
- Your two most recent pay slips (less than 60 days old) which shows both the employer’s and employee’s name and income details, OR
- The last 3 months of your bank statements showing salary/wages with the description ‘pay’, ‘wages’, ‘salary’ or the company name.
AND, any of the following:
- A letter from Centrelink confirming your ongoing payment (less than 60 days old)
- A copy of your signed tenancy lease agreement
- A copy of your rental statement from a real estate agent (less than 60 days old)
- The last 3 months of your bank statements showing evidence of other income with a clear description of the payer.
- Most recent personal tax return, AND
- Corresponding ATO notice of assessment (less than 22 months old).
Note: These documents must cover at least 3 months of business operation.
If you are self-employed and earn other income:
- Most recent personal tax return, AND
- Corresponding ATO notice of assessment (less than 22 months old).
AND, any of the following:
- A letter from Centrelink confirming your ongoing payment (less than 60 days old)
- A copy of your signed tenancy lease agreement of your rental property
- A copy of your rental statement from a real estate agent (less than 60 days old)
- The last 3 months of your bank statements showing evidence of other income with a clear description of the payer.
Any of the following:
- A letter from Centrelink confirming your ongoing payment (less than 60 days old)

If you are a Permanent Resident (Domestic) Student:
- Proof of full-time enrolment in an Australian Educational Institution (If you do not already have an Access Advantage account with a Student waiver applied).
- The income documents relevant to your situation.
If you are a non-permanent Resident (International) Student:
- Proof of full-time enrolment in an Australian Educational Institution (If you do not already have an Access Advantage account with a Student waiver applied).
- A copy of your passport
- A copy of your Visa
- The income documents relevant to your situation.
If you are living in Australia on a Visa (not a permanent resident):
- A copy of your passport
