Changes to ANZ fees and charges
We’re making changes to some of our fees and charges. These changes will come into effect from 9 September 2024.
The main reason is to simplify the way our fees work, or to reduce or remove them entirely.
Changes to customer banking services fees and charges
Fees we’re changing
We are making changes to these fees and charges.
Update 7 October 2024: Certificates supplied fees (Audit) was updated due to an error on the original notice.
Fees we’re removing
We have removed the following fees and charges.
- Activity fee for cheques presented
- Annual Review Fee
- Arrears Fee
- Cashed cheque over the counter fee (including two free cashed cheques per month)
- Cheque dishonour fee
- Courier Card/PIN to overseas address
- Dormant account fee
- Facility Extension Fee (note: a loan approval fee may apply)
- International ATM withdrawals including EFTPOS transactions
- Mailing Card/PIN to overseas address
- Manual Transfers – Manual transfer to an account within ANZ
- Manual Transfers – Manual transfer to other banks/institutions
- Miscellaneous – Service not covered elsewhere
- Non-ANZ customers - Change supplied (notes and coins)
- PIN replacement fee
- Property Inspection/Valuation fees
- Special Answer Fee – Drawn on our bank
- Special Answer Fee – Drawn on other banks
- Standing Orders (Periodical Payments) - Non-Payment Fee (Beneficiary own account
- Standing Orders (Periodical Payments) – Transfer to other banks
- Stop cheque payment notice
- Visa Debit Card – International fees - ATM withdrawal fee
