Getting Started

Getting started with ANZ Internet Banking is easy. Simply follow the three steps below and then click on the 'New User' link at the bottom of the page to get started.


Step One - You need an ANZ account or an ANZ Investment product.

Click here to view a list of accounts and investments that can be linked to ANZ Internet Banking.


Step Two - Check your software and browser settings using the 'Software Requirements and Settings' guide.

 


Step Three - Obtain a Customer Registration Number and Telecode.

If you have already registered for ANZ Phone Banking you can use your existing Customer Registration Number and Telecode to register. Simply click on the 'New User' link at the bottom of the page.

If you haven't registered for ANZ Phone Banking call 13 33 50 (option 1) or visit the ANZ branch where your account is held.

If you are an ANZ Investments customer only, and you have not yet obtained a CRN and telecode then you will need to click here for more information.
