As an External Party you will need to register to use Secure Information Exchange via your ANZ partner or contact who will guide you through the process and provide you with a Quick Reference guide.

 

Upon approved registration you will be able to exchange information with an ANZ user or a group of ANZ users who share the same appropriate access.

Share and manage files

ANZ Secure Information Exchange is a fast and effective way to transfer sensitive information – using it is simple.

Files may be uploaded, updated and downloaded as required by either party.

A notification email is sent to recipients when a file is uploaded into their inbox ANZ Secure Information Exchange is available 24/7.

Any type of electronic information or file type can be exchanged – e.g. word documents, databases, spreadsheets, movies, pdf etc.

ANZ Secure Information Exchange provides the ability to exchange large files easily and quickly.

Shared files may be accessed securely via browser enabled devices such as PC at the office, a Smartphone or an iPad.

Key Terms and Conditions

By using ANZ Secure Information Exchange, you agree to be bound by an obligation of confidence to the Bank as set out in the Terms and Conditions (which you acknowledge that you have read).

Including but not limited to:

• You agree to keep all documents, and other information, that you access confidential;
• You agree not to use any of this information that you access for any purpose except for the purpose authorised in writing by the ANZ employee who gave you access to this site;
• You agree not to disclose any of this confidential information to third parties (including, without limitation, any of your clients, affiliates, independent contractors and consultants) without the prior, written consent of the ANZ employee who gave you access to this site;
• You agree to keep this information secure, and exercise at least the same care in protecting this information from disclosure you uses with regard to your own confidential information (but in no event less than reasonable care).
