The Direct Loan Payment Request should be completed if you would like to make payments into your loan direct from your nominated ANZ account.

Complete your ANZ account details in this section
Step 2:
Bank Use Only - ANZ will complete the 'ANZ Home Loan Details to Credit' and the 'Periodical Payment Details' sections on your behalf once you have submitted your documents. If you wish to change these details, please contact ANZ once settlement is complete.
Step 3:
This section must be signed by all account holders.
