Changes to ANZ fees and charges

We’re making changes to some of our fees and charges. These changes will come into effect from 25 November 2024.

The main reason behind those changes is to simplify the way our fees work, or to reduce or remove them entirely.

Changes to customer banking services fees and charges

Fees we’re introducing

Staff assisted transaction fee $5.00 per transaction

 

Please note this fee will include the staff assisted domestic payment fee which is not currently charged. See updated ANZ Savings & Transaction Products Terms and Conditions for fee description from 25 November 2024.
