Changes to ANZ fees and charges
We’re making changes to some of our fees and charges. These changes will come into effect from 5 August 2024.
The main reason is to simplify the way our fees work, or to reduce or remove them entirely.

We have removed the following fees and charges.
- Change supplied – Non-ANZ customers
- Cheque transaction fee
- Cheque dishonour fee
- Foreign currency accounts – Staff assisted withdrawal fee
- Holding fee (Commitment fee)
- International access card – International ATM withdrawals including EFTPOS transactions
- International access card – International ATM balance enquiry
- Late/Loan arrears fee
- Loan fees – Search fee
- Loan fees – Searches of titles, firms, companies, bill of sale, crop lien etc
- Loan fees – Repayment suspension
- Loan fees – Property inspection fee
- Loan fees – Inspection - construction
- Loan fees – Insurance Handling
- Local access card – PIN replacement fee
- Overnight safe deposit – afterhours deposits via the night safe facility
- Special answer fee – drawn on ANZ
- Special answer fee – drawn on other banks
- Standing orders – Setup fee for standing order
- Standing orders – Payment by bank cheque to other bank account
- Standing orders – Non-payment to ANZ account
